Industrial Shredders – Reliable Waste Reduction

Single-shaft shredders are efficient crushing machines used in workshops and wood-processing plants. They ensure effective processing of waste such as wood, boards, plastics, and other loose materials.

Each machine is individually tailored to customer requirements – in terms of material type, throughput, and desired particle size. Shredders operate quietly, with minimal dust, and their robust design guarantees reliability in continuous operation.

Material enters the shredding chamber through a large hopper and is hydraulically pushed toward the rotor, where it is cut by a set of knives. The final fraction depends on the screen used, and the shredded material can be transported further via a screw conveyor, belt conveyor, chain conveyor, or extraction system.
