Paint Mist Floor Extraction – Optimal Filtration for Large Components

The NAWARA paint mist floor extraction system is the ideal solution for workshops handling large-sized components. The unit ensures effective removal of contaminants from the working area, improving finish quality and overall comfort.

For efficient management of warm air and energy consumption, the extraction system is divided into sections operated by independent fans, which can be activated automatically or manually depending on requirements. The system can also be equipped with an air supply module, enabling full adaptation of the room into a spray shop.

Each extraction system is individually designed to match the client’s production profile. Versions that do not require structural modifications to the room are also available. The units are equipped with a cardboard pre-filter and a main Paint-Stop or EU3 filter, as well as high-performance explosion-proof fans.

Additionally, we offer advanced carbon filters that use activated carbon to remove harmful substances from the extracted air. Regeneration of undamaged activated carbon is possible, making the system more economical and environmentally friendly. We also provide modernization services for existing spray shops, adapting them to current technological standards.
