Adhesive Extraction System – Effective Filtration and Production Quality Protection

The adhesive extraction system supports the production process by eliminating airborne particles of coating materials. These particles, which do not adhere to the product surface, can cause damage and pose a health risk to workers.

The unit is equipped with an extraction chamber that:

• removes most of the sprayed coating material,
• separates working particles from the air,
• directs filtered air into the atmosphere in compliance with standards.

Filtration System

The adhesive extraction system uses a two-stage filtration process:

• Cardboard Filter – captures most solid contaminants,
• Nonwoven Filter – removes finer particles and ensures even airflow across the entire filter surface.

After filtration, the air discharged into the atmosphere contains no more than 3 mg/m³ of dust, meeting air cleanliness requirements for production facilities.
