Service and Maintenance Components

Serwis i części eksploatacyjne

A filter failure during production is not a technical problem – it is a financial problem. Every hour of production downtime has a measurable cost, and the lack of the correct spare part can multiply that cost significantly. NAWARA supplies wear parts and provides service for industrial installations from its warehouse in Poland, with next-business-day delivery available.

This is not catalogue-based sales. Service is carried out by technicians with design experience, capable of determining whether the issue is related to a filter bag, fan, automation system, or ductwork geometry, and recommending a solution that eliminates the root cause of the failure rather than just its symptoms.

Our teams operate throughout Poland and Europe, servicing both NAWARA-manufactured equipment and installations from other manufacturers. na terenie całej Polski i Europy, obsługując zarówno urządzenia własnej produkcji NAWARA, jak i instalacje innych marek.

What Can You Find in This Category?

As part of its service and consumables offering, NAWARA provides three areas of support:

  1. Maintenance Components filter bags and filter elements (G, M, H, HEPA H13/H14, ATEX), centrifugal and axial fans, electric motors, pulse valves, pressure switches, temperature and dust sensors, seals, and automation components. Parts are available from stock in Poland. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day.
  2. Installation service diagnostics including airflow, pressure, and power consumption measurements, technical inspections with a service report (ready for presentation to labour inspectors or insurers), repairs and upgrades of dust extraction systems, regeneration of filter elements, and support in expanding existing systems.
  3. Industrial fans selection, supply, and replacement of fans for dust extraction, ventilation, and industrial air handling systems. Various configurations and capacities are available, from compact solutions to complete air handling units, adapted to operating conditions and installation requirements.

When Does an Installation Lose Performance?

A dust extraction system rarely fails suddenly. More often, it gradually loses performance while the symptoms are ignored. Increased differential pressure across the filter, dust settling on machines, increased fan noise, or operation without noticeable suction at workstations. Each of these signals has a specific cause and a corresponding replacement part. An installation operating at 30% below its design capacity does not provide proper extraction at workstations. Employees may be exposed to dust concentrations above permissible limits, machinery operates in a contaminated environment, and fire risk increases. NAWARA performs diagnostics including airflow, pressure, and power consumption measurements before any spare part is ordered.

Modernization Instead of Replacing the Entire Installation

The filter housing, ductwork network, and foundations are components that can remain in service for 30 years. The elements that require replacement are filter bags, fans, automation systems, and seals. NAWARA carries out modernization projects by replacing only those components that have lost their performance parameters, without the cost of dismantling and reinstalling the entire installation. Modernization may also include adapting the installation to new machinery, increasing efficiency by replacing the fan with a frequency inverter-controlled model, or integrating the system with a new control platform.

FAQ

Does NAWARA service dust extraction systems from other manufacturers?

Yes. NAWARA performs inspections, diagnostics, and supplies spare parts for installations manufactured by other companies, provided that the technical data of the unit is available (manufacturer, model, year of manufacture, filter bag dimensions, or catalogue number). For older or discontinued units, NAWARA can offer dimensionally and technically compatible replacement components.

How often should filter bags be replaced?

Under proper operating conditions, polyester filter bags typically last 8–12 years. An indication for replacement is a permanent increase in airflow resistance that does not decrease after regeneration. Replacement after only 2–3 years usually indicates an operational problem rather than material wear.

Can the performance of an existing dust collector be increased without replacing the unit?

In many cases, yes. Replacing the fan with a frequency inverter-controlled model can increase performance by 15–30% while maintaining the same energy consumption, or reduce energy consumption while maintaining the same performance. NAWARA evaluates modernization possibilities based on the existing installation data.

How quickly can spare parts be delivered?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped on the same day. Standard filter bags, pulse valves, and pressure switches are stocked in Poland and are typically delivered within 1 business day.
